Our holiday hours are as follows: On Tuesday, December 24th (Christmas Eve), we will be open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We will be closed on Wednesday, December 25th (Christmas Day), and Thursday, December 26th (Boxing Day). Regular hours will resume briefly on Friday, December 27th, with the clinic open from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We will be closed again on Saturday, December 28th.

On Tuesday, December 31st (New Year’s Eve), we will be open from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. We will be closed on Wednesday, January 1st (New Year’s Day).

For critical emergencies outside of these hours, please contact the nearest 24/7 emergency facility.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please call us as soon as possible at (416) 900-7827(STAR). We require at least 24 hours of cancellation notice in advance. Do not use this form to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
