Please use the form below to request a refill of your pet’s prescription. This will save you time when picking up your order. Please allow at least 2 business days for completion. We will contact you with confirmation when your order is ready for pick up, or if we foresee any longer wait times (especially for compounded drugs).

IMPORTANT:

Prescription Refills and food orders are not confirmed until you have received notification. A staff member will contact you by phone or email.
Some prescriptions will require an examination of your pet prior to re-filling. Our staff will notify you as soon as possible if that is the case. Many prescriptions require your pet to be examined before being refilled. This ensures that your pet is still healthy enough to handle the potential side effects of some prescriptions and provides further confirmation that the medication and dosage they are receiving is appropriate for your pet’s current condition.
Medication refills are only eligible for patients who have been examined within the past year.
